Technical Skills Training for Youth

IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) and NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)

Through its IOSH and NEBOSH training sponsorship programs, WAWA provides youth with comprehensive education in health, safety, and environmental management. These certification are recognized globally and open up numerous career opportunities in occupational health and safety fields. The training covers a wide range of topics, including risk assessment, accident prevention, and environmental management. By achieving IOSH/NEBOSH certification, participants gain valuable skills that enhance their professional credentials and prepare them for roles in safety management.

Advanced Agricultural Practices

WAWA offers training in advanced agricultural practices to help youth adopt modern farming techniques and improve their agricultural productivity. This training includes instruction on sustainable farming methods, use of technology in agriculture, and efficient resource management. Participants learn about innovations such as precision farming, drip irrigation, and integrated pest management. By mastering these advanced practices, young farmers can increase their crop yields, reduce environmental impact, and enhance the overall sustainability of their agricultural operations. These training programs are part of WAWA's commitment to empowering youth with the skills needed for successful careers and sustainable livelihoods. By providing access to high-quality technical education, WAWA helps young individuals build a solid foundation for their future, contributing to community development and economic growth.
